FAQ

FAQ:

Q: Is IJCSE a peer-reviewed journal? A: Yes. IJCSE employs a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. All manuscripts suitable for the journal will be evaluated by at least two independent expert reviewers. This process typically takes 3 to 4 weeks. If revisions are recommended, authors should address the reviewers' comments and resubmit the revised version within two weeks, including a detailed "Response to Reviewers" document.

Q: Is there a specific deadline for submission? A: IJCSE operates on a rolling submission basis. As a semiannual journal (published in June and December), we accept submissions year-round. There is no fixed deadline; your research is welcome at any time and will be processed for the earliest possible issue upon acceptance.

Q: What are the requirements for paper formatting? A: Authors must follow the IJCSE official template. Please navigate to the "Author Guidelines" section on our website to download the Paper Template and Submission Guide. Ensuring your manuscript adheres to these styles will significantly speed up the publication process.

Q: Does the journal accept non-English articles? A: No. To ensure the widest possible global dissemination of research, IJCSE only accepts and publishes manuscripts written in English.

Q: Can I submit my paper to other journals or conferences simultaneously? A: No. Submission to IJCSE implies that the work has not been published previously and is not under consideration elsewhere. Regarding copyright: As an Open Access journal using the CC BY 4.0 license, authors retain copyright of their work while granting IJCSE the right of first publication. Once published, your article will be available for indexing in databases such as Google Scholar, Crossref, and other major academic repositories to ensure maximum visibility.
